Jennings is a system specific player who doesn’t have a whole lot of value outside of the Bears’ scheme, but 4.15 million over 2 years for a solid starting cornerback? That’s a very good deal. Jennings ranked 17^th on ProFootballFocus last season and was one of two players to play more than 75% of their team’s snaps and not allow a touchdown (Lardarius Webb).
