Bobbie Williams has been a long time Bengal and was a starter as recently as last year, starting in 9 games and missing 7 with injury. Williams had ankle surgery in December and says he’s about 85% right now. However, even though Williams played well last year, he turns 36 in September. The Bengals added two new starters at guard this offseason, Travelle Wharton as a free agent and Kevin Zeitler in the 1^st round of the draft, leaving Williams without a starting job. He worked out for the Bengals last week, but they don’t appear to have any interest in signing him. He might not get an offer anywhere and could have to retire after 13 years in the league.
