However, they are moving the chains at just a 70% rate, as opposed to 77% for their opponents, a differential that is 29th in the NFL. Off-season acquisitions Mike Wallace, Dannell Ellerbe, and Philip Wheeler have not paid off. They’ll finish pretty far near the bottom at the end of the season.
